Overcoming my sorrow of the Padre’s loss to Colorado, I journeyed to Del Mar for a Doctor’s appointment where I received a clean bill of health. Thus a quick jaunt over to the beach where everything is VERY quiet now that all the tourists and race track fans have gone home.

Okay, so its warm there, and people are still at the beach. And the sun is out, not a cloud in the sky. The water is inviting and blue. The sand stretches for miles. I'm in Canda man! You're killin me. V anyway, although you are a cruel healthy dude.
