August 3: SP Friday – New Printer

My recent Photo class had a big focus on printing … something I rarely do. So, typical me, I bought an Epson R2400 which uses archival inks and can print tabloid size.

There is a great deal to puzzle over and figure out. Believe me it is a learning curve, and I’m having fun.

This is an area where I am just starting to dabble I wish I could find a quick class in it, cause theres a lot more to the printing than just saying go in PS. Nice shot! -BJ

WOW! I have looked at those printers, but shied away for $obvious$ reasons . . . .and now a learning curve, too. I KNOW I can't afford that! lol!

I've got a Canon MP830 and it does a bang up job! Enjoy learning! That looks like a great printer.

I've got the R1800, I love how it prints right on the DVD's and CD's. does this one do that too?

Grrrrrrrr, printers are the bane of my life.One day I am going to have one at work that actually does print ...I have that furrowed brow permanently now !!
