It got up over 105 degree F. here today, and we had two long power outages in my block, so this fun shot of a breakfast I had today with two of my protégés is just now getting posted.

Below you see Kathy on the right and Matt on the left. Both are quite accomplished Organization Development Consultants. I think Matt was trying to look serious. After all he is an INTJ (Myers-Briggs)
