Tom Packard is one of my great male friends here in San Diego. I met him when we consulted to the San Diego Fire Department back in the early 1980’s. Tom is now professor at San Diego State and still does some consulting on the side. He is an extremely fair, balanced, and wise person.

Robin, I would classify this as the best portrait I have seen from you. Perhaps even the best photo. Great job putting it in b/w, certainly dismisses any distractions. A big vote from me.
