Many of you noticed on ***yesterday’s PAD*** that I had lost considerable weight (that was the April Fool’s Joke).

Just to set things straight I thought I’d share this picture my own personal elevator. Over the years it has gone up and down with great regularity. In fact I used to be quite thin. (See below).

Well I must be doing something right today. The scale went down two pounds as I repeated the shot. ;-)
