I had planned to drive to the coast to shoot our unusually high surf, but my chief scout *** (AKA Herbrm1)*** called to say it was foggy and dull; don’t bother to come.

So I am reverting to an idea that has been floating around in my head this week.

Great minds do think alike, even a year apart: <http://www.pbase.com/digitalgee/image/37723889 I have a 'umble suggestion as well; take the shot from overhead so there's no background (carpet?) -- just the scrabble board. Or skew this image to get the same effect. Made me chuckle!
