February 16: No Rain

Rancho Bernardo, CA

“They” – the meteorological marketers of “inside lows” and the”banana express” – majorly missed their prognostications of precipitation for today. Instead, we just basked in the sun and turned more green.

I know this is a lame posting, but I felt totally uninspired today. Perhaps my hour-long neck and back massage left me too relaxed.

Not lame at all. I love this. Ask me if I want to trade places. And a good photo, too.

Beautiful. Looks like a nice, peaceful neighbourhood.

A massage is what I need after my vacation! It take a couple of days to get back the working energy!

Our weatherman predicted 4 to 6 inches of snow,
we got none! I'm glad he was wrong.
(Wouldn't it be nice to have a job where you can be so wrong and never get fired for it!)

I like the street where you live, Robin. No rain here either !!

Green, again with envy. Sheesh. Living the life of luxury....

Ahhh...No. This ain't lame. I'm up to my ears in snow this week. This is evidence there is a heaven somewhere. LOL.

Very nice scene - beautiful day and a massage! Lucky you!

I think this is quite nice, too! A beautiful place where you live :)
So odd that California is getting all this rain, and Portland, where it's usually pouring, has been dry for months.

Wonderful image Robin - such interesting geography where you live.
Definitely NOT a 'lame' posting!!

Heheh.. Well.. this is probably just reflective of your relaxed mood right now. hehe.

If Uncle Elgin says that, I would listen! He predicted our Christmas Day snow three weeks before it happened!
Hour-long massage--such decadence!

I think it is a lovely shot. And, yes, my meteorologist husband said that El Nino was going to bring lots of rain and cause flooding and mudslides your way. Sleep with one eye open.

AH poor thing, nice shot btw
