Februaray 11: What Did You Say?

Tempe, AZ

Lisa Carmichael the principal in Frontier Associates, Inc. facilitated our strategic planning this past week doing an excellent job. Her hard work will be pretty much unsung because everyone will compliment the ODN Board and the Implementation Team as we successfully accomplish our first year goals.

Like all good OD consultants she remained neutral and served as our “coach.” However, from this look, one cannot help wonderful what she was “really” thinking.

She was thinking "OK. Well. That was a bit unexpected. What the hell can I do now that's going to make ANY sort of difference???"

;)

Thanks for the vote of confidence and the acknowledgement, Robin.

In a past life I taught facilitation skills (as well as serving as a facilitator); good eye for the non-verbals!!

Wonderful photo of a woman who is strong and classy. I know just what she was thinking but has too much class to say it.
