I am a bit under the weather (24 hour flu?) but managed to crawl to the RB Inn this morning for a delightful breakfast with Sami Kovacs and Tom Crane.

Sami was telling us all about her engagement to Jeremy, and Tom is excited about some writing he is doing on Coaching Cultures that will be widely published.

I drank my tea, sipped my smoothie, and came home to my couch and blanket.

Luckily your malaize only lasts a week or so Robin & you will be chipper again before you know it....hard to believe that when your feeling bad isn't it. Nice friendly shot
