You’ve seen Tom before; he and I have been close friends and colleagues since 1981 when we consulted to the San Diego Fire Department. While I have remained in consulting, Tom has made his primary focus teaching in the Social Work Department at San Diego State University. He still studies and teaches organizational change and development, and he is the author of articles and chapters in books.

I know of no one who I trust more for his honesty, balanced view on life, and genuine friendship.
