Battle Mountain Cross

Rancho Bernardo, CA

This cross atop 803 foot Battle Mountain dominates the skyline above Rancho Bernardo. It commemorates the ** Battle of San Pasqual (1846).
**I took this to capture the changing moods of weather here as we continue to enjoy a very nice cycle of rain and sun. Water is always needed in Southern California.

Beautifuly light on the cross and the grass in the bottom left. I remember this mountain after the fire.
