My favorite restaurant in Rancho Bernardo is Akai Hana. I had lunch there today. It is undoubtedly the best Japanese Restaurant in all of San Diego.

Or you could come to the Hughes house of Sushi in New Zealand...I sent Graham to Auckland Culinary Arts school for his birthday and he learned how to do sushi from one of the top Sushi Chefs there........he has it down now! :)
