This so reminds me of Alfred Kubin. It's not the fog, but the undergrowth that draws my interest and attention. The bay is lovely and calm, still waters, but life is teeming in the thick bayside vegetation. Something mysterious may be hidden, something dangerous. The bare skeletal tree and the dead branches prophesy warning.
