We stock up on blueberries in June/July when they are cheap and plentiful.
Jut put into ziploc bags, container and all, and into freezer. We have
successfully used 3-year-old blueberries frozen thusly; however, good idea to use
freshest for the (uncooked) filling, and oldest for the (cooked) sauce for pies
(see recipe).
