It is just GREAT! Really fills your belly,
and bursting with flavor and color.
I like to use chorizo rather than Italian sausage,
gives a nice earthy note, and stands up better to the gorgonzola.
He suggests using bowtie pasta, that's too wimpy in my opinion,
and doesn't hold the sauce. Rotini works better for me.
