Happy Independence Day!
A BEAUTIFUL piece of wild Alaskan salmon, ready for seasoning and grilling...
The skewers help a lot, otherwise it's hard to hold the fish together while flipping on the grill.
Use 2 or 3 (3 are better) skewers.
(Never used one of those grilling "fish baskets." Seems too inflexible of a way to do it.)
Leave the skin on (underside); also helps hold it together. The skin easily comes off when it's done.
