22 June - Firefighters were called to a RV on fire off of I-44 east of PPG, on arrival crews encountered a fully involved RV fire that had extended to a structure. The fire was quickly stopped in the structure, fire cause investigation was turned over to Wichita County Sheriff’s Department. Crews from Burkburnett and Friberg Cooper VFD worked on the fire for about two hours in 100 degree weather.
