We have two very nice kitchen knives; one for our kitchen and one for the galley on Shibumi.

Over the years these knives started to lose their edge. They needed shapening.
After some looking around Jill found Turner's Knife Exchange in a nearby town.

Bill Turner buys, sells, and trades knives. His shop has just about every type of blade you can name.

Bill has another business and is in the shop only on Saturday's. However, this is much more than a hobby to him. He knows knives and can talks hours, maybe even days on end about the quality of various cutlery.
