Jan Crawford sings Jazz, Blues and Contempory R&B.

Jill said smiling, "There are not many places that you can enjoy a good bottle of wine, hear fantastic live music, and dance the night away... all for $22 for both of us." She was talking about the Wine Pairing Shoppe (WPS) in Palm Coast. We enjoyed it so much that we went two Saturdays in a row. We enjoyed it as much the second time as we did the first.

	The Wine Pairing Shoppe features live Jazz, Blues, and contemporary music. Admission is $5. You can buy a bottle of wine for your table or purchase wine by the glass.
They have a selected stock of wine. I am not a wine expert by any means, so we asked Gary, one of the owners, what he would recommend. After a few brief questions about our tastes he pointed us toward three different wines. He told us we would be happy with any one of them. Over time we tried all three. Gary was right. We loved two of the wines that he recommended and the third was really pretty good; just a little too sweet. Of course, if you are going to have wine... there must be cheese...	The Wine Pairing Shoppe has a nice variety of cheeses to go with their fine wines.
	The first time we went, we were joined by our neighbors, Sid and Sharon. That evening we enjoyed a rythymn and blues band called 'Anthony Wild and the Suspects'. We left with such a positive feeling about the experience that we decided we would go back again the next week.
The following Saturday we went back to hear Jan Crawford who sings Jazz, Blues and Contempory R&B. Ms Crawford has a powerful presence and a beautiful voice. Her performance, along with the play of her three-piece band known as Blues Fusion, brought everyone to their feet dancing long before the night was through.
	The owners, in the background of the picture to the left, work hard to make everyone feel at home. Their efforts pay off nicely, because I know that Jill and I will return again... soon.
