A very nice picture. Cool Bottle. Our last trip to Japan we visited a sake factory, in Kobe. One of the things Kobe is known for is their sake. We got to try some samples of sake that is ONLY sold in Japan. Heavenly taste, so smooth, sublime flavor. Nothing at all like many that is served here. I do not know about this brand. FYI, not all sake is suppose to be hot. Room Temp and chilled was what we had in Kobe. I was so sad when I drank the last drop of my return home stash. :-( My Sis n law servered us Sake that had REAL gold flakes in it. I was shocked, Then there is Fugu Sake, which poured with this fish, called Fugu ( higly posionous unless fixed right) then lit like brandy to warm it. amazing! here is a lil 101 on sake if interested: http://www.theforeigner-japan.com/archives/200607/sake101.htm I hope tht is not too much for your blog, but the photo set me to thinking.
