Breaking the Fast

First meal after 6 days and 16 hours of fasting.
My stomach shrank. I could not eat in all in one sitting.




This is Jill's first sip of a smoothie.
The luscious drink was made of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and yogurt.
After a week of nothing but lemonade, this smoothie has extra flavor.

so does your body think you were starved and now hangs on to every little calorie you take in? What a lovely & luscious way to return to solid food. I can't imagine hacing the will power to do this . . . there's no caffeine in lemons!!! LOL!
