"Talk will not bring results any more than the most erudite musical
criticism can produce pleasing sounds." - Justine F. Stone

I read this book 29 years ago while I was learning the 108 movements of this martial art.
Ever since then I could be heard to say, "I practice the art of Tai Chi".
That is true, but only after a fashion.
The complete truth is I haven't practiced with the discipline the art form should receive.

Now as my wounded hand mends, I return to the healing power of this ancient Chinese art; with disciple.
After all, it requires less than 20 minutes a day.

Nice way to calm yourself....
don't know much about TAI CHI, but I do Yoga from time to time and it really relaxes the mind.

Terrific shot Dave. I've always enjoyed the marial arts: I could watch it all day...

That book looks well used so you must've been pretty diligent at it. Now, I want to see a SP of you doing it. :)

Great that you are doing that. It is a terrific discipline to practice.
