The office at Vero Beach Municipal Marina.
Boats are not permitted to anchor within the city limits of Vero Beach,
so the city has installed mooring balls and rafts 3 boats to a ball.
The moorings are very inexpensive. Some boaters stay for months.
One of the boats we are rafted to,'Pepa II', has been here for five weeks, with no set date in mind to leave.
We have been here before. Although we like this place we plan to move on in four days or so.
