December 27, 2005

I received an email that reminded me of this song:

I believe for every drop of rain that falls
A flower grows,
I believe that somewhere in the darkest night
A candle glows.
I believe for everyone who goes astray
Someone will come to show the way.
I believe,
Oh, I believe.
I believe above the storm
The smallest prayer, will still be heard.
I believe that someone in that great somewhere
Hears every word
Every time I hear a newborn baby cry,
Or touch a leaf
Or see the sky,
Then I know why I believe.

Do you remember that song?

Oh, I don't remember the Frankie Laine version, just the one by The Bachelors circa 1963!
I do like the clouds shot an awful lot.

I remember the song, but since it doesn't rain in SOCal I don't know what it looks like. Your rotating images are quite impressive!

I am afraid I do remember.
I used to sing this when going back from leave from the RN.
Frankie Laine was the artist, that's how old I am.
