Too much on my mind...
I looked all over my Jeep and could not find my sunglasses anywhere... that went on until Jill asked me what I was looking for....

Below: I am still experimenting with the video feature of my compact camera.

hee, hee! I did that while in Mykonos, Greece. I had gone back into the bank trying to ask the tellers if they found my glasses that I had lost -- I could not speak (modern) Greek (only ancient! -- classics major) and they could not speak english... they were able to hand gesture that the glasses were on top of my head -- hyserical; we all laughed so hard!

Happens to me all the time....they're on your head! LOL! I hope they can find away to stop the beach erosion too. I think I was at that beach when I was there...seems familiar!

Nice commentary about beach erosion. The Gulf Coast in general is suffering from terrible erosion and loss of land, much quicker I think than nature planned. In Louisiana we lose several football fields of land each day. Much of our erosion is caused by oil companies digging canals to the Gulf and allowing salt water to intrude and kill off the trees and marsh grass. Hurricane winds and water drive the salt water farther inland and it is a vicious cycle. When the marsh grass goes the shrimp go, too. I wonder if we can work fast enough to restore what has been lost.

Ha ha.. Too funny, but part of every day life as we "get up there".
To me, this is amusing. Thanks for posting, Dave.
Now I don't feel so alone.
