Looking down from the hill above, the sea in the distance.

North Wales

Straight ahead is Ireland, about 100 miles.
Although Bardsey Island down the coast to the left is only 54ish miles from the nearest point of Ireland.
Bardsey Island was a destination for religious pilgrims in the 6th century

Wonderful photos! Bry & I stumbled across this church quite by accident a few years ago. It really is lovely & your photos bring back happy memories, especially the excellent one looking down on the church & out to the sea beyond.
