A day in beautiful Sitka & a day going to/from and viewing/listening to the mighty Hubbard Glacier.

Arrived at face of Hubbard around noon. Were 3/4ths mile away. It was foggy with rain and hard to see the glacier. Sigh.

Crew members came out on the crew deck to see 13 mile long Hubbard		 Ship turned slowly so everyone inside/out could see/photograph the glacier. An hour later visibility improved - yay!
