Rhodes & Paphos May 2022

A day in Rhodes, Greece May 9 and a day in Paphos, Cyprus May 10, 2022. Cyprus is an interesting country. It's part Greek and part Turkish. It only gained its independence in 1960 -- from the UK. There is a "green line" which separates the two parts, but we didn't get to see it while there, as it's quite a ways up north from Paphos.

Entrance to Archaeological Park, town clock, and local bus		 On to the ruins of Agia Kyriaki Chrysopolitissa & St Pauls Pillar.
On to the ruins of Agia Kyriaki Chrysopolitissa & St Pauls Pillar.		 There was a small chapel inside filled with icons. Only one person was there, although I passed an Orthodox priest outside.

Walkways around St. Pauls Pillar & the church were closed. Shot church from behind.		 Went to find Kolones Castle, got 1st sight of Paphos light. A nearby worker told me how to get to the lighthouse.
