Pula, Croatia - September 28, 2015

We visited Pula, Croatia by cruise ship in late September. Croatia is the latest country to join the EU (2013). Pula is not visited by many cruise ships, but we found it to be a very interesting place and a nice alternative to Croatia's better known tourist destination, Dubrovnik. There were no crowds in Pula. Roman influences are everywhere.

The Kastel was forgettable for the most part but provided a different view of the city.
