Lofoten Islands and Honningsvag above the Arctic Circle

Beautiful Lofoten Islands are above the Arctic Circle. Honningsvag is the closest port to the North Cape, which we visited. The weather and light were changeable up in that part of the world. The sea was calm. There was plenty to see. We didn't have full days in either port, but the cruising to and from was a show in itself. In particular, because of wonderful light, cruising through the Lofoten Islands in the afternoon and night was incredible.

There isn't much at the cape, but it was still very fun to visit.
