 Earlier, coming into port, I had seen what looked like 2 large cruise ships. Turns out they were modern apartment buildings! |
 Walked in 5 minutes to the east side of Cimavilla (old town). |
 Cimavilla was very attractive with town hall & colorful buildings |
 In & around Plaza Mayor were a lot of little restaurants |
 We had a light lunch in Cimavilla. It hit the spot. |

 Distantly visible was Mirador La Providencia. I had hoped to get there but didn't make it |
 Gijon's port is quite industrial. But I was happy to see the De Torres lighthouse. Also saw Penas earlier. |
