The next day we were in Asturias, with the Bay of Biscay lapping at our feet. I had originally planned to rent a car in Gijon and see some of the coast. But I later decided to take it more easy and stay in Gijon (pronounced "gee yawn"). It ended up being a perfectly fine day.
