Cuba Cruise - Trinidad & The Bay of Pigs

After a day at sea, our ship arrived early morning in Cienfuegos, Cuba and anchored off the southern end of town. I went on a hard-to-reserve all day tour to the colonial city of Trinidad, an hour and 15 minutes away. Howard went on a half day tour to the Bay of Pigs, a bit closer to Cienfuegos. His excursion included what turned out to be an excellent Cuban home style lunch, plus a short tour of Cienfuegos.

Bay of Pigs Museum inside was small but interesting. I got to see it on the way back from Havana.

On the way back, Howard saw unhulled rice being dried on the side of the road. Cars just go over it; it's swept up later.
