Block and Bannerman Islands - Lighthouses and a "Castle"

August 2006 trip to West Point - First I took a trip out to Polopel Island in the middle of the Hudson River near West Point to see the remains of Frank Bannerman's Scottish "castle," which has fascinated me from day 1. Then I spent a day on Block Island (beautiful!) Bad, bad weather, but lots of fun nevertheless!
