Spent our day in Athens/Piraeus on the ocean cruise ship Viking Star. Visited the the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion. Then took a bus trip around downtown Athens.

Temple of Poseidon Cape Sounion about 10 AM		 Amazingly, this temple was built from 444-440 BC & only has a small wire fence around it.

It's located on a cape (sounion, on Attica peninsula) and towers above the sea.
