I actually named this rabbit, Peter. At only a week or two old he would start appearing out of nowhere while I was working in the garden and seemed to have no fear of me. I became quite fond of him and hoped he would survive the red-tailed hawks and foxes in the neighborhood. As I write this it has been several days since I have seen him. I like to think he matured and began acting as a rabbit should and became wary of me and the dogs and is being more cautious.
