This dragonfly was rescued from the garage where it was frantically trying to fly through the window. It was not netted.

A real beauty Ann! The eyes are amazing! Such beautiful colors too. Have you considered contacting an entomologist or Extension Service Agent within the state of PA? They might be able to identify it.
