Yellowstone NP

This coyote was staring at my partner who was looking the other way and didn't realize she was the object of his intensity. Not far from this spot we saw a sign asking people to report any aggressive behavior in coyotes. I guess I should have warned her..... I wonder if he was tagged because he caused some concern and they wanted to be able to keep track of him.
