Sam is an eight month old Labrador Retriever X, I adopted last Oct. 26 from a local SPCA here in Hamilton. According to SPCA he was a stray dog. He is very smart and fun to be with, he is always on the move and loves to steal food if you are not looking. So watch out and beware!

He is fully house trained, but I enrolled him to obedience class to be sure. He knows how to "fetch" his favorite toy.

He loves to take long walks even in this freezing weather. Because of him, I am now waking up at six o'clock in the morning and we walk together for an hour. In the afternoon after I get home, he will wait for me by the gate with his leash whining to get out. Truly an amazing dog.

Before my wife passed away she wanted a Labrador, but she was sick and could not have one. I made her dream come true by adopting SAM! I can feel my wife is happy and watching us from above.
