Of all the cameras iv'e ever had the Nikkormat ftn was the best by a long way. It was very, very robust, mine had been dropped down cliffs and still worked perfectly and a joy to use with everything to hand. I was gutted when it was stolen from a pub I was relief manager at, the Rockingham Arms in Corby, Northants in the mid 1980'2
