In April 1949, Canon changed from the "cm" measurement to the "mm" measurements. This was introduced on the front ID ring of these T8 135mm f/4 lenses. What also changed was the mark which now contained Japanese characters but meant the same as the previous mark (CPO). This mark is quite rare and only lasted for about a month. Condition Rating: Excellent Plus (Front cap is excellent minus. The case is in good shape).
