Just wanted to tell you that your work is fantastic, my son plays on the grade 9 boys PMSS Basketball team capturing the moments I've seen, truly shows the effort put forth by the boys. I salute you........Thanks.

Thanks Rennie. It is my pleasure. Matteke plays a great game of basketball and you can see by her pictures that she plays with all her heart and strength. I think she may have been injured a bit last game I did as she did not have as much playing time. I hope all is ok. I could not make it up to the games this weekend as my son also plays many Friday and Saturday nights.

Ron,
Thanks for the great photos of Matteke Hutzler, SFU Womens Basketball. As we can only listen to her games from Ontario its great to see her action shoots.

As much as I would love to shoot the youth soccer in Pitt Meadows (I do my son's u-14 bronze team)I was asked by the PMSA not to shoot thier games unless I recieved releases from all the players.

Great pictures of the women's basketball game on November 9th. Thanks for taking pictures of both teams. There are excellent shots of my niece playing and since she is with U of C, I don't get the opportunity to see her in action very often.
Thanks again. Liz

Lol...Deanna...my feelings on winter would probably not make for a very "happy" e-greeting...if you want some grey, dull and dreary I can come up with that for sure.

Hey Ron,

I was just looking over your pics to see if one was suitable to use on our Christmas e-greeting for the office (with your permission and acknowledgement to you of course). I don't see any snow pics. Did you get out during the snow and take any local shots?

All with autofocus...It does reasonably well in higher contrast situations...provide d you can get lots of subject to fill the frame, even with the 300D which is not known for its low contrast focus abilitities.

Hi !
I see you have taken som shots of flying birds with the Sigma 70-300 lens. Do you use autofocus or do you use manual focus.
PS ! Your photos are great.
