Winfield Festival 2009--No Drama

Wow, after last year there was cries for "No Drama" and it almost didn't happen. One week before the start of the 2009 festival, the rains came, and the river rose, but luckily only into the lower parts of the fairgrounds. Landrush had to be postponed until Saturday, but after that the weather was magnificent.
The festival began on Weds. and with (IMHO) one of the best lineups in years. No drama, another great festival, just love that music---ron s.
