We went dolphin watching on our last day - and we were delighted to be entertained by several dolphins jumping and playing acrobatically in and out of the water.

With several minutes in between sightings however, it was almost impossible to know where and when they would pop up ! This was a lucky shot, albeit in the distance and this pic is cropped quite severely.
