After the World Vision Camp at Chiangrai, I visited some ADP villages and kids near Pu Chee Fah. We then had the opportunity of viewing the sunrise at Pu Chee Fah. Pu Chee Fah is the highest peak of the mountain range that separates Laos from Thailand.
*update*
I just recently visited Phu Chi Fah again and notice how much the place has developed. Resorts and guesthouses now dot the landscape. Barriers with wire fences now separate the cliff edges from the general areas because every year there are reports of deaths from falling off the cliffs (so I am told!).
