Got a deal on a beef brisket at Sam's Club. It takes a couple of days to do it right.
Brisket of beef with some of the ingredients
Ready for the fridge
Now it has to marinade for 24 hrs
And into the roaster for 8 hours
Homade BBQ sauce
Looks a little crispy but it is just burnt sugar
Served with beer, white bread abd cowboy beans
Bernice's Birthday flowers grace the table
Let me at it!

Now for some of the secret sauce
