Having collected an appropriate pass, we were able to take the car on a road ordinarily reserved for public transport. This provided a unique advantage of access complete with all the gear ;-)

The aptly named Sunset Point provides vistas that take one's breath completely away as the colours change rapidly as sunset approaches.
