Bora Bora is known for its pristine lagoon, for great scuba diving and for several luxury resorts. It is also a tendered port. The ship arrived there on a Sunday and we were informed that not much would be open. We opted to stay on the ship. We were anxious to see Moorea, the next port of call. It is known for its jagged volcanic mountains and sandy beaches. We had been guaranteed that we would have a 4-door sedan for a tour of the island. Turns out the company sent a van. We ended up walking around the small port area and then returning to the ship.
