Aruba

Allegedly, Aruba was to hold its annual “Carnival” on the day we were to be there. We didn’t schedule any tours and decided to simply wander the streets of Oranjestad, and great photographic opportunities would present themselves. The parade was supposed to pass the port area at 11:00 am, or maybe 1:00pm, or well maybe 3:00 pm, which is when we gave up. We could see it pass when we were doing penance in the gym about 5:00. There were still some good photos.
