Not the best picture, but interesting enough to show. MiG-25RBF 38(r) in landing, late in the afternoon of October 1991. This Foxbat still carried an 'Afghan c/s' and like many Russian jets and helicopters, it often flew very early or late, unlike the NATO's office flying hours from 9 'til 4. '38' was a tactical reconaissance Foxbat and it operated alongside the more refined recce Su-24 Fencers until 1992, when the MiG-25's went home. This particular MiG-25 served until 2008 with 47.OGRAP at Chatalovo.
